Shane Mabey - Athletic Therapist / Clinic Owner
Shane completed a degree in Kinesiology from the University of New Brunswick and a Masters degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario. He has a diploma is Sports Injury Management from Sheridan College and is a certified athletic therapist. Shane has been head trainer for the Guelph Storm Hockey Club since 1996 and an owner of Wellington Physiotherapy Associates since 2001. Originally from Saint John, New Brunswick, Shane now lives in Guelph with his wife, Cherie, and their two children.

Cherie Mabey - Physiotherapist / Clinic Owner
Cherie has been practicing at the clinic since 1998 and been a clinic owner since 2001. Cherie graduated from Queen’s University in physiotherapy in 1997 after completing a degree in Kinesiology from the University of New Brunswick. Cherie has completed numerous post-graduate training courses in manual therapy, exercise therapy and acupuncture. Originally from Saint John, New Brunswick, Cherie now lives in Guelph with her husband, Shane, and their two children.

Susan Kubica McGregor - Physiotherapist
Susan graduated from the University of Guelph in Human Biology. She then graduated with a degree in physiotherapy from the University of Toronto in 2003. Prior to joining our clinic in 2004, Susan worked at a clinic in Toronto and at the Guelph General Hospital with post-operative patients. Susan has continued to take courses in orthopedic manual therapy through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and is a member of the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute and is Certified by the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute.

Daniel Frias - Physiotherapist
Daniel is a graduate of the University of Ottawa with a degree in Human Kinetics and a graduate of the Queen’s University physiotherapy program in 2002. Since graduation Daniel has completed orthopaedic manual therapy courses through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and training in acupuncture. Daniel’s experience includes working in a hospital and a clinic in Northern Ontario prior to joining Wellington Physiotherapy Associates in 2005.

James Holling - Physiotherapist
Jim completed a degree in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo and continued on to study physiotherapy at the University of Western Ontario. Since graduating in 2000, Jim worked in Sudbury until joining us in 2005. Jim has completed a wide range of post-graduate courses and has a special interest in treating temporomandibular joint disorders.

Amy Porcellato - Registered Massage Therapist
Amy is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Amy’s special clinical interests include sports massage, temporomandibular joint massage and prenatal massage.
